External user creating issue/feature request

Hi, I'm new to the Bug Genie and would like to know if it is possible for a guest user to create an issue or ask for a new feature. I'm developing a mobile app and would like to provide a page for users to do that, without the need to login.

I was also looking into adding more Issues categories but did not find any way to do that in the menus. Is it possible?

Hi, @javo222

It's possible to create issues using the api. Posting to the create issue endpoint should work without authentication if you've set that up.

Categories can be added from the main settings section under "Issue fields" -> "Categories" -> "Edit"
