Whiteboard - Agile Planning Board

Hello,

We are running The Bug Genie on cPanel through softaculous using V4.2.1.

It looks like on an Agile project, when we click on "Agile" then any project/planning board, we are greeted with the Whiteboard screen. Unfortunately for some circumstances the whiteboard screen does not work. However, the planning screen does. Is there a way to make the planning screen the default screen when loading into the planning board?

Further to this, it seems that editing agile board has setting to select Board Type. Any option selected (Scrum Board, Kanban Board etc ) does not change the layout of the Planning Board. At this stage, to be honest, we don't even know if we are using Scrum Board, Kanban or Generic.

Are you able to have a look into this please?

chatatives there's no option in the settings to set the default loaded screen to something other than the whiteboard. This could be an interesting option toggle for a future release, though. What are the specific cases where the whiteboard doesn't function properly?
